1. Our Role
NairobiPark.org is an independent, conservation-focused platform dedicated to Nairobi National Park.
For safari operations, we collaborate with carefully selected, licensed safari partners who meet strict professional standards, including:
- Valid Tourism Regulatory Authority (TRA) licensing
- KPSGA-certified driver-guides
- Well-maintained 4×4 safari vehicles
- Strong operational knowledge of Nairobi National Park
- Proven guest satisfaction and service reliability
While NairobiPark.org coordinates and curates safari experiences, the assigned partner operator delivers the vehicle, driver-guide, and on-ground service.
By submitting a quote request, confirming a booking, or making payment, you agree to these general terms on behalf of yourself and all members of your group.
2. How Bookings Work
To request a booking of any of our safari packages for Nairobi National Park, email:
Please include:
- Preferred date and time
- Number of guests
- Pick-up location (hotel, residence, airport)
- Any special requirements (language, mobility, flight times)
Once availability is confirmed and payment is received, you will receive:
- Booking confirmation
- Assigned vehicle details
- Driver-guide contact information
- Confirmed pick-up time
Vehicle and guide assignments are typically finalized shortly before the safari date to ensure optimal operational planning.
3. Payment & Confirmation

- Secure Pesapal payment link
- Visa / Mastercard

- Bank transfer (by prior arrangement)
Deposit Policy
- 50% deposit confirms most advance bookings
- Same-day or within 24 hours of departure: 100% payment required
A safari is considered confirmed once payment is received and cleared.
4. Cut-Off Times & Availability
- Standard advance booking recommended: 6–12 hours minimum
- Same-day bookings accepted subject to availability
- Urgent requests should be submitted as early as possible
5. Inclusions & Exclusions
Each confirmation email clearly states inclusions and exclusions.

- Fuel and operating costs
- Drinking water
- Nairobi pick-up and drop-off (where applicable)

- Park entry fees (unless clearly included)
- Meals unless specified
- Tips and gratuities

- Optional add-ons not listed in your quote
6. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to:
Cancellation fees apply as follows:

Non-Refundable Charges
- Card processing fees (5%)
- Wire transfer fees ($25)
Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
7. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is available for most bookings, subject to:
- Timing
- Seasonal demand
- Third-party commitments (e.g., park permits)
All rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.
8. Operational Flexibility
To maintain service standards and safety, we reserve the right to:
- Substitute vehicles of equivalent standard
- Assign an alternative certified driver-guide
- Adjust routing based on park directives, weather, traffic, or safety considerations
Any material changes will be communicated promptly.
9. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must:
- Provide accurate booking details
- Arrive on time for pick-up
- Follow driver-guide and park safety instructions
- Carry required park entry documentation
Wildlife safaris involve inherent risks. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
10. Travel Insurance
We recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Trip cancellation or interruption
- Medical emergencies and evacuation
- Personal belongings
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for service disruption due to events beyond reasonable control, including:
- Severe weather
- Road closures
- Government directives
- Park closures
- Public disorder
- Transport disruptions
Where feasible, we will assist with rescheduling options.
12. Complaints & Resolution
If an issue arises during your safari:
- Inform your driver-guide immediately.
- If unresolved, email Bookings@NairobiPark.org within 30 days, including:
- Booking reference
- Date of travel
- Description of the issue
- Supporting documentation
We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya.
